Shish Tauk

ngredients:-
  • 1 kg —— Chicken breast, cut into 3-cm cubes
  • 100 gms —— Garlic crushed
  • 100 ml —— lemon juice
  • 100 ml —— Olive oil
  • 50 ml —— Yogurt
  • 50 gms —— Tomato paste
  • 100 gms —— Mushrooms
  • Salt & white pepper —— to taste
Method:
  1. Mix together all the ingredients except mushrooms & refrigerate for at least three hours.
  2. Skewer alternately with mushrooms & grill till done.
  3. Serve hot with chutney and chapati
