Ingredients:-
- 250 gms —— boneless chicken
- Half tsp —— ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp —— lemon juice
- 1 tsp —— chili powder
- 5 tsp each —— yoghurt & cream
- 3 tsp —— chopped garlic
- Half tsp each —— cumin powder, kasuri methi, chaat masala & garam masala powder
- Salt —— to taste
- 50 gms —— butter
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients, except butter & chaat masala, for 15 minutes.
- Skewer the chicken piece & grill in the oven or charcoal for 10
minutes or until golder brown - Apply melted butter on chicken pieces.
- Remove them from skewers & sprinkle chaat masala on top.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
