Masala Chickpeas


Ingredients:



• Chckpeas(bolied) 300 grams

• Red lentils 4tbsp

• Chicken stock 1 cup

• Onion 1

• Tomatoes 2

• Green Chillies 4

• Fresh Coriander ¼ bunch

• Turmeric powder 1tbsp

• Crushed black pepper 1tbsp

• Red chilli powder 1tbsp

• Tamarind pulp 3tbsp

• Salt to taste

• Oil 1cup


Method:

• Blend onion,toatoes and green Chillies with little water in a blender.
• Heat oil in a pot and fry onion mixture for 5 minutes. Add tamarind pulp and chickpeas.
• Fry on high until well-mixed and remove from flame.
• Serve delicious Masala Chickpeas with sweet and sour chutnies.
