Chinese Chicken Noodles


Ingredients:

Chicken (boneless) 300 grams

Egg noodles (boiled) 500 grams

Cabbage (finely chopped) 1 cup

Capsicum (finely) cut 1

Spring onion (finely cut) 2

Green chillies cut in strips 2

Ginger 1 inch piece julienned

Garlic julienned 4 cloves

Red chillies 1 tsp crushed

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Chilli sauce 1 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Oil 3 tbsp


Method:
• Heat oil in a pot and cook chicken on high flame till color changes.
• Add all vegetables and fry for 1 minute.
• Add remaining ingredients except noodles, mix and remove from flame.
• Add boiled noodles, mix well and serve.

Spring Chicken


Ingredients:

Chicken skinned bone 1/2

Salt to taste.

pepper to taste.

Dark Soya sauce 02 tbsp

Ginger 1 tsp

garlic paste 1 tsp

Oil 1/2 liter.

Method:

• Take the chicken, marinade it with salt & pepper, and add dark Soya sauce, ginger & garlic paste.
• Rub properly to the chicken, leave it for 15 minutes.
• Take wok, put some oil, when the oil get hot, put the marinated chicken into the hot oil to fry
• Remove it from the hot oil.
• Cut the chicken into pieces, and serve it with chili garlic sauce.

Chicken Corn Soup


  • Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 kg (boiled and de-boned)
  • Chicken stock 3 glass
  • Cream of corn 1 tin
  • White pepper 1 tsp, powdered
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp (dissolved in 3/4 cup stock)
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg whites 2 (beaten)
  • White flour with chicken bouillon cube 1 tbsp (dissolved in 1/4 cup stock)
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil few drops
  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Direction To Cook

  1. In a large pan bring the chicken stock and cream of corn to a boil.
  2. When it comes to a rolling boil, add while flour mixture, sugar, white pepper, salt, Chinese salt and chicken pieces, stir to mix and pour in the oil.
  3. Bring to a boil again.
  4. Now gradually add in corn flour mixture while stirring slowly in one direction.
  5. Cook till the soup thickens. Remove pan from heat.
  6. Now gradually add in beaten egg whites while stirring to form strings.
  7. Drizzle in sesame seed oil in the end.
  8. Serve hot with soya sauce, vinegar and hot sauce.
